Terms of Service

Welcome to Retail-Media SEO AI (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Parties

The Service is operated by Amazos (the "Company", "we"), a company registered in Israel. "You" means the user of the Service.

2. Description of the Service

Retail-Media SEO AI is a SaaS platform for SEO analytics that integrates with Google Search Console and Google Analytics, providing keyword tracking, site audits, and AI-based insights.

3. Accounts

• You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.
• The information you provide must be accurate and up to date.
• You may only register on behalf of yourself or an entity you are authorized to represent.
• Creating multiple accounts to bypass plan limits is prohibited.

4. Acceptable use

You agree:

• To use the Service in compliance with applicable law and these Terms.
• Not to reverse engineer, decompile, or scrape the Service.
• Not to abuse rate limits or otherwise overload the Service.
• Not to attempt to access other users' accounts.
• Only to connect domains that you own or are authorized to manage.

5. Plans & billing

• The Service offers a free plan and paid plans. Current pricing is shown on the pricing page.
• Paid plans are billed in advance, automatically each cycle (monthly or yearly).
• Payments are processed by PayPlus. We do not store card numbers on our servers.
• You may cancel a subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current period.
• Refunds: subject to applicable consumer law (first-time purchase within 14 days in Israel).
• Tokens: a monthly AI-token quota is included with each plan. Unused monthly tokens expire at the end of the cycle. Top-up tokens, purchased separately, do not expire.

6. Third-party services

The Service integrates with third-party APIs (Google, SEO data providers, AI providers). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or changes of those services.

7. Intellectual property

• All IP in the Service (code, design, the "Retail-Media" brand, content we produce) belongs to the Company.
• Data you upload or connect (domains, keywords, GSC data) remains fully yours. You grant us a limited license to use it solely to provide the Service to you.
• Reports and AI outputs are yours for internal use. You may not redistribute them under another brand without attribution (except where white-label features explicitly allow).

8. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided AS-IS. We do not warrant 100% uptime, perfect data accuracy, or that AI insights will be correct. Business decisions you make based on the Service are at your own risk.

Our monetary liability is capped at the amount you paid for the Service in the previous 12 months, and we are not liable for indirect, consequential, or lost-profit damages. This clause is subject to Israeli law and does not exclude non-waivable liability.

9. Termination

• You may close your account at any time from account settings.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without prior notice in case of severe violations.
• Termination does not refund prior charges.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes are notified by email at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Israeli law. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the competent courts in Tel Aviv district.
